Jenny works on using microfluidic devices for optimization of incorporating membrane proteins from whole cell lystate into these lipid bilayer membranes.

Outside of chemistry, I like to lift weights then refuel with Latino cooking nights with my friends. I also enjoy hiking, traveling, and learning/teaching languages!
